Join us for the second in our series of seasonal wine socials! We are elated to host Chad Stock of Minimus and Omero wines. Chad’s wines are incredibly unique. He is a bit of a mad scientist in the winery and many of his wines are named as experiments. Chad’s style and his wines are truly singular. This tasting will have you thinking outside the box and challenging your perceptions. Oh yeah and the wines are not only interesting, they are really good.

About Chad Stock:

His wine challenges stereotypes. His goals are to discover new methods of making wine and rediscover ancient ones, to test hypotheses and legalities, and to stimulate a dialog with his customers and peers. His methods are “fundamentally raw and minimalistic”—hence, the name Minimus. He uses no additives. “Oenology is a study in how wine makes itself, not how to make wine,” he says. Some of his experiments are “completely wild things, things they told me in school to never do.”

This will be a wine social vs a wine dinner. We will feature seasonal bites paired with wines in a cocktail-party-style atmosphere. The winemaker will talk about the winery and the individual wines as we sip wine and eat small, seasonally-inspired bites. This casual style will encourage conversation and comfortability without the constraints of a traditional wine dinner. Reservation are appreciated.
